1. What does Qiteng manufacture?
Qiteng (Huizhou Qiteng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd.) is a manufacturer of water treatment and air treatment appliances, including RO & ultrafiltration water purifiers, under-sink and whole-house water systems, air purifiers, pipeline dispensers, dehumidifiers, and related small household appliances.
2. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a factory. Founded in 2009, Qiteng has 17 years of experience in R&D, manufacturing, and export of filtration and purification products. We operate our own production lines and an in-house quality-control system.
3. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 100 units per model. For customized OEM/ODM projects, the MOQ is negotiable based on specification and packaging.
4. What are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (bank transfer) and Xtransfer. A deposit is required before production, with the balance paid before shipment.
5. What is your lead time?
Standard lead time is 5 to 7 days after deposit confirmation for in-stock models. Customized orders may require additional time, which we confirm case by case.
6. Do you provide OEM / ODM customization?
Yes. We support OEM and ODM services, including custom logo, packaging, color, and functional specifications. Share your requirements and we will provide a tailored solution.
7. What certifications do your products have?
Qiteng is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer. Additional certifications (such as CE, RoHS, or UL) can be supplied on request depending on the target market and product model.
8. Which markets do you export to?

9. Can you provide product specifications and datasheets?

10. How do I request a quote?
